Solid, liquid or gas

We  made  lime  jelly.  First  it  was  a  solid.  

It  changed  into  a  liquid  when  we  poured  some  hot  water  into  the  bowl.

Then  it  changed  into  a  solid  in  the  fridge.

It  was  yummy  to  eat!
